Mine broke under normal use
My large tool broke using the pliers. both pins that hold the handle to the pliers sheared off. Useless pliers now. I was only using hand force. I am not all that strong. Upon closer scrutiny I can see the leverage on this piece is very great and the pins are really tiny. No wonder. I hope this has a guarantee.
