My Mice love it
I’ve had great success with this gel. I actually forgot to put the bottle in a mouse safe container and they ate through the bottle. I had live traps with peanut butter and this gel, and the gel worked over peanut butter.
I think mice are smart, so maybe the people who had bad luck with it have mice that learned to avoid it for whatever reason. It doesn’t necessarily mean the mice don’t like the attractant.

Helpful tool in your mouse catching arsenal.
Had a BIG mouse problem in our basement and garage. Traps weren't working very well.....mice were stealing the bait (peanut butter, pieces of corn bread, little pieces of bacon, etc.) but not springing the traps very much....guess they were smart mice! Tried this gel, PLUS super-glued a piece of dog kibble to each trap so they couldn't take it. (Used a combo of white plastic Tomcat traps and the old fashioned wooden kind.) Bam! Got over 25 mice in two days! Then, we could still hear them but weren't catching them. Then we started catching them again. I think you have to switch up the bait. I think this attractant works.....just need to switch things up on the destructive little rascals to keep them off guard.

DOESN'T WORK AT ALL!!!
I should've read Google reviews >50% dissatisfied and say it doesn't work. The mice totally avoid the gel per video. Bad product sketchy business.

Great repellent! Scares mice away from traps!
I was catching mice regularly with peanut butter. I caught 3 the night before I switched to this gel. I set five traps (usually only set 3) and used this gel only. I used two types of traps (the Intruder Better Mousetrap and my never fail Victor w/ plastic base). I put a big glob in the bait area as directed (eraser sized amount). It was hilarious. I have a camera set up where I catch mice. Wish I could upload the video. It's hilarious. One walked up to both traps, took a whiff of the gel, turned his nose up and ran away. I tried it two nights in a row and nothing. Switched back to peanut butter and had success the very next day. Sorry but peanut butter is best. Don't waste your money on this stuff. Snake oil.

Great product, but terrible container
The product work very well. However I REALLY hate the HARD plastic bottle the gel comes in. After filling two traps you really have to squeeze the daylights out of the bottle to get some of the gel to come out. I think a different container like a toothpaste tube would be a lot more effective. Some of us are OLD, so it's even harder for us.

Zero body count
Not impressed with this product. Has not caught a single mouse in over a month.

Repellant - NOT Attractant
Product seems to work more as a repellant, than attractrant. I tried using it multiple times, and never caught a mouse. As soon as I returned to cheese or peanut butter in my traps, mice were caught. I thought the gel would be a less messy, better alternative, but it does not work.

Insect killer a must have in Texas during summer!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This insect killer was applied in our attic and around the house to kill pests before the Texas summer. It seems to have done a good job. It is already very hot here, and I haven't seen any water bugs.
