Lyric Chickadee was created to attract the cute, little, "formal" and friendly chickadee to your backyard. Chickadees like seeds like black oil and black striped sunflower for the kernels they contain. Lyric Chickadee contains these two seeds as well as the shelled kernels. Additionally, this mix contains shelled peanuts, pecans and pistachios. This quality mix will attract chickadees, but can also bring titmice, woodpeckers, nuthatches and other songbirds to your backyard. This mix will work with a wide variety of feeders. Outstanding…have used for about 20 years
I mix the chickadee with fruit & nut and an equal amt of woodpecker. We have beautifully healthy birds that stay around. The chickadees will land on the rim of the measuring cup I take out to the feeders and if I don’t move fast enough the Tufted titmouse will dive bomb me … I totally recommend Lyrc seeds…they are 100% no waste……

Nice mix
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lyric Chickadee Premium Sunflower and Nuts mix is a great addition to the bird feeders. The birds love it, not just the chickadees but other birds like purple finches and sparrows. The bag have a really generous amount and it can last for up to a month depending on the size of the feeder.

Awesome!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I bought this for my camper, (have to wait until the snow melts and camping season begins) it looks like quality seed that is well worth the price. Also I am looking forward to attracting some chickadees because they were one of my Dad’s favorites! I think the birds will love it! I am happy to have this on hand as we spend time in Northern Minnesota this spring and summer.

Great product

The day I put this seed in the feeders I could already see an increase of birds as opposed to my usual seed. I will definitely be using this from now on. Great product!!

Many critters love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping to bring some joy to my four year old so I threw several handfuls on our snow covered patio on Christmas Day. No chickadees came down (they still visited the feeder but my son can’t really see it from the window) but the bunnies were super happy about the treat and my son was pretty thrilled when there were four bunnies at the same time snacking.

Love this mix
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had many birds in the past at my feeders but the chickadees were staying away, well not anymore. This mix really brought them back to feed. It’s a great mixture that all the birds seem to really enjoy, I am very pleased with this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for our new home as we have a massive back yard full of trees AND birds. We put this out for the birds and it was gobbled up instantly. Love the no shell as it is less mess to worry about our dog trying to eat.

New birds at the feeder!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We put this in a new feeder. I wasn't sure if it would bring a certain type of bird to the yard. We were surprised to see some chickadees show up. We get the usual birds and hadn't seen them yet. Was fun to see. Squirrels love this food too...so be careful. The food went fast in relation to my 'normal' big box food I usually put in the feeder. I will be branching out and using Lyric branded foods as it really brought way more birds in!
