Early failure
Like so many other reviewers, our keypad started having issues just outside the warranty period. Have to press buttons multiple times to get it to work, if at all, just keeps getting worse. Tried new battery, even lithium battery but that won't fix cheap garbage. It was great while it lasted, time for better quality brand.

Cannot activate one Button close
I have had this wireless controller for 10 years or so on a Craftsman door opener. I replaced the opener with a Chamberlain c2102 opener. I programmed the wireless controller successfully, but I cannot activate the one button close. I've held the 1 and 9 key for 10 seconds and controller blinked twice, but the one button push to close didn't work. I still have to enter the pin and then enter to close the door. The wireless controller worked fine for one button close on the old Craftsman door opener.

Failed to work
Followed instructions explicity and took first unit back as defective.Second one failed as well and with no support over holiday weekend..

Probably fine but bad decisions you know.
Mixed... when I walked into a local hardware store yesterday I realized my mistake while I wait for shipping that's basically taken 2 weeks. -_-

Multi Code Why Not
I’ve used these keypads for years but with security concerns and smart features everywhere including the opener… WHY don’t we have a smarter keypad with multiple codes and ability to add/remove via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth?????

Hard to program
Tried multiple times to program a code. Finally worked on first keypad. Again tried on second keypad multiple times without any luck. Very frustrating. Should be able to do this with the MyQ app instead.

Utter Rubbish
Bought this and linked it to my door opener.
Standing on the ladder under the door opener the keyless remote works perfectly.
Walk 15 feet away. Nothing
Does not open or close the door.
Stand underneath the door opener... Works again.
Walk back to the garage door...
Nothing.
This device is completely useless.
Going to buy a non-chamberlain device to resolve the issue.

Basic and effective
Pretty straight forward product that we have used for 2 years. No issues with it. Reprogrammed a few times and always works with our openers. No complaints. Make sure it’s compatible with your opener and definitely read the instructions a few times before attempting the first time.
