Like a Rock!
Purchased this Jigsaw this week, and couldn't be happier! Build quality is exceptional, very precise cutting, and gobs of torque to accomplish the tasks at hand. My family is generations of fabricator's, inventor's, and DIY'ers and have been avid Black and Decker
users for many years. And I intend to do the same.

Exactly what I needed

After limited use the blade guide has gone bad causing the blade to cut crooked.

Powerful and controlled. my third jigsaw. the new blade lock syste is alot easier than my older saws. I've even occationally use it for precise cuts I use to use a scroll saw

Great jigsaw
I've had this jigsaw for over a year now and it functions just as good as out of the box, has plenty of power and you can change the blades in seconds. Recently made a porch bench with this and had absolutely no problems and the cuts were quick and clean, but remember to use quality blades so the cuts are quick and correct.

A great first jigsaw
This is my first jigsaw. I bought this particular one because it was a brand I knew for a great price. I didn't have anything in particular in mind when I bought this saw, but 3 days later I had to use it to cut a whole in the floor of my back building to pull out one of my dogs. The tool performed perfectly and was extremely easy to use. Hopefully I will get a few good years of use out of it. Definitely recommend as a starter tool.

Straight forward design, but low quality performan
Bought to replace a hand-me-down jigsaw that I had for years, but is very slow (3 mins for a 1x4), even with a new blade. As with all jigsaws, even pressure is key to a square cut. Would return if I could.

Perfect Jigsaw for Crafting
I needed to cut out a few curved wooden pieces for some Christmas gifts I was making for my family. I went to a local big box store not really looking forward to finding what I needed due to my budget already being strapped for the holiday, but when I saw the price of this jigsaw, those worries vanished. When I got it home and began using it, it was PERFECT for the tasks I needed it for. I couldn't be happier!
