59019 In-Wall Astronomical 7-Day Digital Timer with Sun Tracking technology. Up to 7 on/off settings per day, repeats weekly. Faceplate is included with timer. Option to program each day different or weekdays different than weekend. Automates overhead lighting, ceiling fans and porch lighting so you arrive to a safe and secure home. The Woods brand of timers with sun tracking technology can automatically turn lights on at sunset and off at sunrise. The sunrise and sunset program automatically adjusts throughout the year, so as the days get shorter the timer turns the lights on earlier. Or customize programming options turn lights on/off at sunset, sunrise or anytime of your choosing. For example, program the table lamp to turn on at sunset and off at 11:00 each giving your home that lived in look while your away.

So much promise!
I've had two of these for a year. They are the most frustrating devices I ever owned. I've never been able to get one of the two to operate automatically, so we just use it as a manual switch. The instruction sheet is the most poorly written document known to man. There is no explanation for the purpose of the sun/moon switch on the front panel, so you can't figure out if you should run it in auto mode or sun/moon mode.
