2 months used every 2 weeks stopped working
I bought this 2 months ago. We used it on Sundays every two weeks so four uses. The sprayer stopped working. Plastic pieces must wear out quickly. That’s too problematic for me. Unacceptable.

I’ve owned this thing for two months maximum and the mechanism that makes the soap spray has already broken! The mop is still functional but the sprayer will never work again

Fundamental Problem
For some while I had been pleased with this unit, but lately I couldn't remove the fluid bottle no matter how hard I pressed the release button. I finally disassembled it but still couldn't remove it until I wedged a large flat bladed screwdriver in and popped it out. This is a major defect in my mind. The plastic parts just don't work as they should.

Good but BAD!
We've had this product now for about 12 months. the cleaning solution is great! the pad is great! The unit and the solution bottle seem to be going through a divorce! One trigger pull and the bottle partially disengages from the unit so that the next trigger pull only give a small amount of bubbly solution. I much the bottle back in and, again get one correct spray and spray volume. Not sure if it is a bad bottle or a bad unit but in either case it is extremely agravating.

Great mop but cheaply made
We bought this a couple weeks ago and the attachment for the mop head keeps breaking off. Works great other wise. A bit frustrating that it keeps detaching from the mop handle.

Stopped working after second use.
Worked great twice and then the spray nozzle stopped spraying cleaner. Apparently this is a common problem and I should not have purchased it. Don’t waste your money.

Like a dream
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been a nightmare keeping my floors clean with four dogs and two kids under five. I was so embarrassed by how dirty my house looked and I hating cleaning it with my old school mop bucket. This spray mop has changed my life. It’s so easy and actually kind of fun to use. My floors have never looked better.
