Folex Hardwood, Laminate & Floor Cleaner
I've been using this at one of the houses I clean. This particular house is a tough one, cuz the residents are a single male & sometimes his young son. There are 2 kinds of hardwood, plus slate, plus ceramic tile. I only had one bottle of this, so I was sparingly using it, only on the hardwoods. I love the way it lets my applicator slide easily & leaves no streaks. My previous cleaner had me doing twice the work, as it required me to buff the floors dry, after cleaning them. My client has no problem paying for a special product, but he doesn't want to buy a half case at a time. That is the only way I've found to buy it locally. Wish I could just order a gallon jug & refill the original spray bottle. The store where I originally bought it has discontinued it because they reduced the area of their sales floor by about 25% during their last remodel. They changed to a lot of soccer mom special brands & unfortunately, they discontinued this. Thank goodness it can still be found online or special-ordered, six bottles at a time at my local True Value store.

Awesome!
I am OCD and love to clean. I have tried a magnitude of cleaning products and received a free sample of this through BB&B. It is the most effective grout cleaning product, in my opinion. I also love the scent of almonds. This has absolutely no harsh chemical scent. Please don't ever discontinue this product; also, True Value has the best price that I have been able to find.

This stuff is amazing for my tile floor. Cleans the grout better than ANYTHING I have ever tried. I hope it is never discontinued.
