Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent machine Great value for such a powerful machine. I have read online reviews that this 6 auger design gets clogged up in heavy, wet snow, but I have not had one problem. I suppose if you tried to clear the heavy wet stuff in 6th gear, you might have trouble, but that approach would be ill-advised. The engine starts on the first pull every time. Blows the wet stuff about 20 feet, and lighter snow about 30-40 feet. Very happy with this purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great throwing distance, powerful, easy to handle. I have used my neighbors machine which is almost identical to my storm 3090. I like the ease of steering. It's the same size as my previous but with a larger engine and it steers. The only thing I am disapointed in is the plastic guide for the shift. It was already jumping out of gear to the next gear. I found that the lever was bent. I straightened it out and it seems ok for now. other than that it performs very well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well enough This review is for a 31AH55P5766. It's a Two stage, 30' width, 357cc, Electric start machine bought in December of 2016. It's in the middle of it's third season. On the plus side, it handles most snow conditions very well. It will even move the heavy wet stuff without clogging. Most importantly, it's able to handle the very dense compact snow at the bottom of the driveway left behind by the road clearing crew. Adjustments to the width of cut are required for the different conditions. The heaters in the handles do in fact help on very cold days. The controls in the handles for biasing the drive direction are helpful in maneuvering the machine. While not perfect, the fact that it keeps working when I need it to move snow, is important On the minus side the cable used to engage the auger broke after only a few uses. The bulb in the headlight blew on the first use and I have not replaced it. The first position reverse doesn't do anything, while the second position (all the way back towards the operator) works fine. Most disappointing is that in very cold weather, around zero degrees Fahrenheit, it wouldn't start. While that's only happened once. It can happen again. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great machine I've had this snow blower for 2 seasons now and it has never failed me. I have been completely satisfied with it. Never a problem starting. Could use some slider plates under the front edge for uneven surfaces. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
