Preen Garden Weed Preventer allows users to apply to prevent weed seeds from germinating. Spread on bedding areas and water in to prevent weeds for up to 3 months. Use in flower, shrub and all bedding areas. All existing weeds and grasses must be removed prior to use.

Prevents new weeds
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm using last year's bottle. I poured the product over the area where I planted my zinnia seeds and have not seen any new weeds. That was last week. I water my seeds and thus Preen is watered as well according to directions.

REALLY DOES PREVENT WEEDS EFFECTIVELY.
WHEN I APPLIED PREEN GARDEN WEED PREVENTER OVER THE PAST 3 YEARS, IT HAS EFFECTIVELY KEPT WEEDS FROM COMING.
THIS YEAR I HAD CANCER SURGERY AND DID NOT GET MY WEED PREVENTER PUT DOWN AND MY FLOWER BEDS ARE A DISASTER.
IT WORKS.

A Lifesaver!

It was so difficult trying to control the weeds until I used Preen. With so many flower beds I needed a partner to help me weed and Preen became my new best friend!!! When I moved, I cried leaving behind all my beautiful gardens. So at my new home, I did the same thing. Began using Preen and have my old freind working with me again. I use it about 3-4 times per year in my beds and my weeding is minimal. I cant say enough about it! I have recommended Preen to my new daughter in law, as I help her begin her flower gardens. Great weed control

Worked for me.

Eliminates work!
