Works better than expected
So far so good. Bought to fix a broke supply line on a stainless fuel cell and so far it has worked won’t know it’s fuel worth till I put gas in the tank and see if it holds up but pretty optimistic right now

Product needs revision
Waiting on it to cure currently but after reading these I cut them open and mixed them in the plastic container until it was the consistency and color I wanted. Didn't cure too fast but after the first layer and applying fiberglass about halfway through the cover layer it began to be more like a putty but that allowed me to really pack the fins around it to try and give it the best chance possible at holding

I am optimistic, but some refinement is in order.
Too soon to tell, however I am offering a few important observations:
1) The "twin pouch" idea is brilliant and works well. Don't worry if one of the bags will rupture and allow the product to spill outside. This will not happen. Simply do your best to squeeze one side to the other - the intermediate seam will open internally with minimal effort and will allow a "no muss / no fuss" ability to mix a perfectly proportioned mixture. I used the small wood spread stick to squeeze the mixture back and forth between the two pouches to ensure a perfect mix. This system is great.
2) I quickly realized two concerns. The first is the potential to mix too thoroughly, which appears to SIGNIFICANTLY reduce the "pot life". Upon reflection, it appears that I had roughly 10 - 15 seconds to cut the corner of the bag and squeeze the mixture where it needed to go and smooth it out. It began to set up far too soon. Fortunately, I was not using the handy fiberglass mat that came with the kit, as the mix would have set up and harden before I would have been able to position the fiberglass mat.
The SECOND CONCERN is that when mixing this product, it turns incredibly HOT very quickly. This is noted by another reviewer. Yes, you can literally burn yourself by touching the mixture pouch. You will not soon forget about this - especially since you will immediately realize that the product is setting up and getting hard immediately before your eyes. Everything will go wrong FAST.
I have used various JB Weld items before, and do not believe that I "overmixed" these components. Nonetheless, there is a HUGE LOST OPPORTUNITY with regards to notifying the user of the following: 1) When mixing this product, it will get VERY hot. FAST. 2) The "pot life" is incredibly short, and almost renders the mixture unusable.
I have been a big fan of JB Weld for many years and have never encountered any problems similar to this. Time will tell if this withstands constant exposure to gasoline, including E85

Not worth the money
I used this kit on my 2001 4runner , I sanded the area down to shiny metal , the cleaned it with brake cleaner after that dried I cleaned it with acetone , two weeks later it's leaking again
