Was this scent tested during covid?
I was super excited to try the platinum because who doesn't love less scrubbing. I made the mistake of not smelling it before I brought home the "refreshing rain" scent, and boy did i make a mistake! I started filling my sink of hot water added the soap and found myself looking around the house trying to figure out what that smell was. My husband joined the search because he could smell it too. After many minutes of searching we realized it was in fact the dishes. We sniffed the bottle and it was the culprit. My husband described it as "the underside of a wet rock." So needless to say we will not be purchasing this particular scent again but my dishes were much less greasy and did not require 2 passes through the wash as they usually do. Great product horrible scent.

Smells bad.
We love Dawn normally. But this free and clear is terrible. For something that should not smell bad, it stinks bad!

I buy this all the time but lately noticed that it doesn’t last long, doesn’t clean as well. I have to continue adding more liquid to wash my dishes. Have you changed the formula?

I bought this because I found out that it's more concentrated and it would clean and cut through grease I made fried cabbage the pot had burnt seasoning in the bottom of it. I was very surprised it cleaned it out faster than regular dishwashing liquid . I did not have to wash the pot three times only once. All I can say is awesome

Dawn Free & Clear is strongly fragranced
"Free & Clear" is supposed to mean Fragrance-Free and Dye-Free. The name is misleading, and harmful to those of us who want unscented products. I bought this by mistake, and the strong scent made me very sick.

Hate The New scent
I’ve usred Dawn for years, but my newest bottle smells awful. Not sure if I grabbed the wrong kind, or even if Dawn has multiple scents to chose from. I definitely will not buy this again. Really unfortunate as it’s a great product, but I just can’t take the smell.
