Damaged after using it the first time
I used this one time to get at a difficult drilling angle. It quickly bound up and twisted causing damage to the flexible portion of the device. Is there any kind of warranty on this device? I wouldn't expect this to happen the first time I used it. I finished the job but I had a difficult time keeping it from twisting/kinking.

Good tool suffers from no instructions
Once I went online and read how to change bits and used the tool it worked great. Changing bits is not intuitively obvious so I understand other users poor reviews. To change bits, simply compress the silver ring that surrounds the bit tip toward the body of the tool. It’s spring loaded and ejects the bit when compressed. I didn’t have any problems after that. Just keep constant pressure on the the tool as you drive screws and it works fine

Title tells me nothing. Tech spec tells me nothing
I am looking for a tool to drill in a specific tight space. It would be really nice to know the dimensions of the tool. Seems to me this should be a basic part of a technical spec.
None of the questions below mean anything since I never purchased the product.

Worked but not well made and failed.
Had for a year and used occasionally. Shaft snapped backing out a 1.5 inch # 8 screw put into a pre-drilled hole in soft pine. Also, the retaining ring for bits kept falling off.

Did a good job.
I have owned another 90 degree driver tool and it was poor quality and fell apart. I used this tool and I drove 2 1/2 " drywall screws! It worked great! I love this tool. The flexible shaft allows you to get into that corner that you could never drive screws into, with ease.

Leaves a little to be desired
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this and was super excited for it because it's one of those tools that can come in handy when you really need it! Started playing around with it and part of the bit holder just popped off!! The head is a little big so it can't fit into tight spaces, but it allows the user to hold drill or impact from a ways away, I do like that! overall not amazed, but it does the job it was designed for!
