Easy to handle- no fear of dropping it.- flexible blades gives a terrific shave. Holds a charge very well. As you can see, I am very pleased with this razor. I have only had it for 18 months so will have to wait and see how long before I have any trouble.

poor design
I have had various Norelco shavers in my life. This Sensotouch 1150X is the worst. The main issue is the new design of the blades having little holes (like foil shavers do) on almost half the blades, therefor I have to shave my face over and over and over. Granted, it doesn't irritate but duh, it doesn't cut with half the blade and THERE ARE NO OTHER OPTIONS for the replacement. I am not going to buy this replacement because it's the same design as the original and I will be shopping for other brands. Norelco, if you can't make it better don't make it just to make a change.

Works very well.
Product works very well. One can get many shaves out of a charge. At first I was concerned about not being able too plug it in during use. Obviously it would not be a good idea to use it in the shower plugged in. That being said, I have yet to run out of charge while shaving.

I have owned rotary shavers since the one head shaver, the newer shavers have not shaved as close as previous ones. I have some facial problems so rotary work best for me.

Ease of installing, Not giving the close shave I received with the razor when it was new.
Installing the new head could not have been easier. I question the quality of the shave the new head is giving since I having a shadow in less than eight hours after the morning shave. This is the first time I have experienced this problem, and I have been using a Norelco shaver since 1960.

very good, easy to use, easy clean up, holds charge.
Always used a razorblade because I thought my beard was to tuff for a electric razor. For medical reasons I had to switch to electric. After much rescreach and advice I bought my electric razor. I get just as close shave as did with a blade. I save time also because I can shave while in shower. Best buy I ever made for personal use.

Seperate trimmer performs better than an atttached shaver trimmer.
The shaver is easy to use and shaves the face and neck efficiently.
Best cleaning practice requires taking off shaving head holder off bottom part of shaving unit, rinsing under hot water and air drying after each use. Extra thorough cleaning method should also be used as necessary to keep shaver at top performance.
The extra thorough cleaning method is a feature that my Norelco Arcitec shaver does not provide.

I absolutely love my Phillips Electric razor! I recommend it to all my fellow disabled veterans, and have already convinced one to but the exact one
I have not found a competitor to the Phillips line of electric razors that supersedes my Senso Touch 2D. I wish i could afford the upgraded 3D, but i will continue to use my 2D regardless

I get a great shave and it only takes less than 2 minutes.
The best electric shaver that I have used in 48 years of shaving. I have tried other brands and and more expensive razors; none of them compare to my Phillips NORELCO Senso touch. I will give the Phillips Norelco Senso touch above mine the next time to see if it is relly better. Right now I am completely satisfied.

Great product, good price
I used to shave with a Norelco years ago and recently received one as a gift...Man am I happy about that! This item does a real decent job and cleanup is so easy. Goodbye blades! My last one lasted over a decade (and it was used when I got it). Been using it for about a month now and it's fast and easy. Love it!
