Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK product There are no instruction on application or mixing. Makes it difficult to use and extra time wasted looking for instrucitons.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Needs mixing instructions No mixing instructions like with the 3M resin which states 5 drops of hardener per oz. of resin. So it is kind of a guess how much hardener should be used for 1oz of jelly. 1 oz. tube hardener for whole 16 oz. can of jelly. It should say something like squeeze out 1/2 inch of hardener for every ounce of jelly. A little sense goes a long way, r.e. the previous review about not being able to work into cloth. The jelly is much too thick. Use resin for the cloth. For large holes jelly would be used after a hole is patched with cloth/mat. Instructions state: "Fills SMALL holes and can be used with backing strips, fiberglass mat or cloth". This could be clearer and should say used over cloth or mat, not to apply cloth/mat or work into. Use like one would spread regular bondo and then sand.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not thrilled I bought the Resin Jelly instead of regular resin based on the very limited description on the label. The product probably has its merits but there are absolutely no application or mixing instructions on the product package or 3M website. It is nearly impossible to work the Jelly into fibreglass cloth especially if you have a large hole to cover or work overhead. It takes a stiff putty knife and a lot of pressure to force the resin into cloth. Forget about applying on the work surface, the resin needs to be worked in to the cloth on a flat, horizontal surface then the cloth applied to the work. Make sure you have some plastic putty knives to work with, the product is too sticky to use with paint brushes.
