Screw Head Too Small
We bought 4 of these hardware packs to install 4 48" shelves in our garage. FYI Rubbermaid has not fixed the flawed screw design: the heads are too small and slip through the holes in the upright rails. We had to use washers to beef up the heads to make it work. We did use some of the other parts in the packet, but be warned that the screws as provided won't work for the upright rail installation and you will probably want to save yourself a second trip to the hardware store by buying different screws for the upright rails.

Screw heads too small
The screw heads are too small & go right through the upright without attaching. Plastic lags come out easily when you screw into them so they do not remain in the wall.

Frustrating item
When I first started to install these, they seemed fine and looked good, but they don't hold the provided screws well at all. When I inserted the screws into the anchors, the anchors stripped and the top of the shelf sags (on two separate shelves). It may be okay to use for a little while, if I don't put anything heavy on the shelves, but as quickly as the anchors stripped out, I don't trust the others to keep holding up for long. I will need to go buy some new anchors made of stronger material before using the new shelves.

Do The engineers how design ever try their design?
I drove 45 to the store to purchase these anchors, the instructions say to squeeze the plastic part before inserting into the wall. Neither I or my wife are man enough to squeeze the anchors to insert into the wall. My fingers are sore. I want my monet back. I want my 1.5 hours getting these back and I want compensation for the extreme frustration I had. I couldn't complete my project. This product is a joke.

Cheap Screws will Easily Strip
These may be the cheapest and worst made screws I have ever worked with in my entire life. They just about all stripped and would not bite into the stud I was screwing them into. The rest of the stuff was fine but the screws are easily the most important part of the entire FastTrack storage system as it holds the steel bracket on the wall to support the weight of whatever will be hung on the accessories. Spare yourself the trouble and buy some quality screws instead of throwing away your money on these as I did.

Screws stink from
Cheap screws that strip. Anchors aren't great too.
Save yourself the frustration and do not use these screws. Seriously, throw them out. I had three strip with the slightest of driving, then switched to my own screws.
What did I do with the three that were half into the wall? I could have used a bit to screw into them and remove, but that would have been more frustrating. I took my "persuader" (a hammer) and whacked them sideways until the plastic cover would fit.
