Sealing ring white and red, which one to use?
I just a Instant Pot SV and it comes with two sealing rings, one installed colored white and one spare colored red. What's the difference? When I use it for first time, I am confused if have to removed the white one and replace it with the red one.

I had originally the larger size Instant Pot and it was too big and heavy for one-person use. I have the Instant Pot Air Fryer lid that I use a lot. So very happy.

No accessories?
I haven’t cooked with my Instant Pot Duo yet but I’m really confused about why mine didn’t come with the soup and rice spoons. I got the rack but in the picture it showed the rack and 2 spoons that would be included as accessories so I feel as though I should have received it considering how much it costs. If someone could help with this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Great product and proud its Canadian
This instant pot saves me time and cooks my food perfectly. I cook meat,veggies, yogurt and even cheese cake in this thing. I use it or my mini nearly every day. It is a great product. I now have my daughters using it

It's the Best!
I have had my Instant Pot for years. Love it for beans, hard-boiled eggs, pot roast, soups, etc. However, I just made my first cheesecake in the pot and it came out perfect! One suggestion I followed for when using it for desserts was to purchase a different sealing ring designated for desserts so they don't taste like pork, or whatever. The Instant Pot is much better than the stove top pressure cooker I used before for many years. I recall that it did require a bit of getting used to via the reading of the manual when I first started using it, but that may have been just me.

A new feature is not good as the old one.
The scale of the new pot are only 1/2 and 2/3. This update feature is not good as the old one, there were full scales on the old one.
