Was good until it wasn't
We had been feeding the salmon version of this food until his allergies started to get worse, then I checked the bag and TOTW had started using chicken...so we switched to the turkey. And now this has chicken in it too and the dog has had diahrrea for a week. So I guess we'll find something else...Why put one of the most common allergens in a limited ingredient food??

So helpful for my dog with allergies

My two dogs really like this variety
I have been feeding my two Keeshond's Taste of the Wild since they where puppies. They are 8 now. They started with the Taste of the Wild Salmon Puppy food. Now I have started giving them the Turkey Limited Ingredient Recipe to help them maintain their weight.

My picky German Shepherd loved this food!
I have 2 GSDs: one is picky, the other eats anything. I have bought bag after bag of food only for one to turn up his nose. I saw this bag and thought: they like turkey...hmm. I was opening this bag and they were right there, smelling, sniffing, trying to get some out of the tub. They both love it! Small, easily digestible kibbles and they have not gotten tired of it. Continuing to purchase as it is a winner in our house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used to feed our dogs taste of the wild dog food (a different flavor) years ago and they loved it. Now my doggo is picky picky and he was not a fan of this turkey formula. I normally feed him chicken-based food though so it was a stretch to see if I could get my doggo out of his comfort zone. I tried! He just wasnt too fond of it! If you feed your dogs a turkey-based recipe already, give this a try! They have great quality food for your fur babies!
