Flying Economy Class
While I'm pleased the ET3000 shuts off automatically after a few minutes, it's a shame it's so easy to turn on with the slightest bump. Also, the battery door is attached with a screw (which I immediately discarded). So, when it's in my tool box, I have to remove the battery.
Packaging is second-rate as it uses highly annoying welded plastic.
Yes, the unit works acceptably well for short money, but it's not a good example of Klein's quality.

I BOUGHT ONE OF THESE ABOUT 1.5 YRS. AGO. I CAN DEFINITELY SAY THAT THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN SUPER RELIABLE, EASY TO USE, AND WAS INITIALLY AFFORDABLE. I DID A LOT OF RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING, AND AND I FOUND THAT YOU WILL PAY MUCH MORE FOR SIMILAR ITEMS OF MUCH POORER QUALITY. GREAT PURCHASE

Bang on everytime!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picked up this baby for an upcoming job to relabel some panels, this circuit finder was bang on every time I was searching for the right circuit in the panel, I think every crew should have one on hand. I also paired it with the accessorie kit that goes with it to expand my capabilities to search circuits for lighting circuits as well during demo with live wires hanging on of the walls.
