Order Tracking Information

Ship-to-Store Orders

You will receive an email when your order leaves our warehouse and another when it can be picked up at the store. Your order will be delivered to your selected store within 3 to 8 business days in the 48 contiguous states; 15 to 30 business days in Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.

Please note: Business days include Monday-Friday, excluding federal and state holidays.

Ship-to-Home Orders

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they leave our warehouse and will appear on our website along with your order information.

How to track your Ship-to-Home order

  • Click the link on your shipping confirmation email to track your order and enter your tracking number.
  • If you don't have your shipping confirmation email, please Contact Us for assistance.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a FedEx tracking or delivery confirmation number. Once in the FedEx tracking system*, you can track your order as it makes its way to your shipping address.

  • * Please note: It may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the FedEx tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, FedEx may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.
  • ** Some orders may be subject to review for fraud avoidance which may delay shipment.

Order Status

Checking your order status is as easy as smoothing wood putty:

  • Email: We will send email alerts to the address you provided during checkout to keep you up-to-date about the status of your order.
  • TrueValue.com: If you registered on our site, go to My Account and select My Orders to view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information), as well as past orders. If you haven't registered on our site, you can go to Order Status to view information about your order.
  • Contact Us: If you still have questions about your order, please Contact Us.

Calculating Order Arrival Date

Total delivery time for orders is based on order processing time plus shipping time. Order processing time is the time needed to pick and pack your order. Our goal is to process your order in one business day.

Ship-to-Store Orders

Shipping time is based on the delivery time from our warehouse to your selected True Value store. Your order will arrive at the store within 3-8 business days in the 48 contiguous states and 15-30 business days in Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.

Ship-to-Home Orders

Shipping time is based on the shipping service level option you select. Orders placed after 3:30 PM Central Standard Time will be processed the following business day.

In the 48 Contiguous States

FedEx is our preferred carrier. We offer three methods for shipping:

  • Economy: 5 - 8 business days.
  • Expedited: 3 - 4 business days.
  • Express: 2 business days, guaranteed.
  • Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal and state holidays.

In Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico

Most items will be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico via Standard Shipping Service. Orders will arrive within 5-10 business days.
