Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great small tiller This tiller is great for which it is intended, a small to medium tilling job. Starts quickly and handles fine. Is easy to handle and position. Don't buy this tiller if you have a large to major tilling job for which this tiller is not intended. I recommend this product for the purpose to which it is intended.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good performance but not great I bought the rototiller 2 months ago and have used it 6 times. It is difficult to start everytime. Once it starts running it is ok. It usually takes 30 or more pulls on the starting cord whereas I would expect it to start almost immediately since it is a new product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like it... I have used this little tiller a few times now and I think it will serve its purpose. We have just moved to a new house and needed something to help with a little landscaping/lawn repair. If you have a large garden this will probably not do your plowing at the beginning of the season, but keeping the weeds down between rows is a real possibility. The width of the tines is narrow and really is more of a complement to a larger tiller if you have one. So far it starts easily and runs smoothly for a long time on a tank of gas. I have not used the attachments yet, but they look useful, if not too much of a hassle to put on and take off. I did have one problem when getting it out the second time. The tines would not engage and the cable had already slipped and needed adjustment. After figuring this out and making sure things were tight I have not had any issues since. This machine is very light weight and easy to handle. Even my wife likes to use it, though I don't think she has tried to start it yet. But just the idea that I'm not the only one who will put it to use is a plus!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to start and use I've used it twice and like how easy it is to use. Using it in a small garden and it's perfect. The price is also reasonable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Box Garden Work This is the second cultivator I have bought from Earthquake. The 1st one broke the transmission housing after 4 very good years of service. The repair was going to be almost as much as a new one so it was a no brainer to purchase the 2nd one. I use it to till my 12' x 20' box garden and a few other areas. It is light, easy to use and easy to clean up. We have ground that is mostly clay and topsoil. This year I mixed in 40 cu. yds. of peat moss to aid in drainage. The Earthquake cultivator did the job without even straining. If you have a small are to till, this product will do the job. It also is easy to take apart for storage.
