Worked out great!!
Used this paint to paint some wooden speaker stands and it coated very nicely, I bought 2 cans but 1 can finished the job for both stands.

New OXFORD BLUE not even close to the old one
I ran out of Krylon K09172000 Maxx - Oxford Blue, so I bought a new can (shade is Oxford Blue, but can is the new design), but the colour is not even close to the Oxford Blue in the can with the previous design - it’s more of a purple than a blue. I cannot finish my painting project because the difference is drastic and the new one is not even a nice colour.

Cover maxx paint
I have used 10 cans of this paint so far, many different colors too, I find this to be a high quality paint. If your project is prepared correct the paint covers fine and won't run. Color finish is better than competition and the spray nozzle is superior to the other styles of nozzles. Being a professional painter of both home and auto finishes it is the best spray can paint you can buy

Works Great
I have used this on a swing 3 years ago it stays outside in Michigan still looks great. Have used it on fairy garden furniture & yard ornaments no problems again all stay out side. Used the gold on wooden picture frames. I have had great results. Only use CoverMaxx now. Works great for me!

Runs, Drips, difficult to open
I purchased the Covermaxx Banner Red to spray paint a plastic hanging pot. I wasn't happy to discover that the Krylon Apple Red that I purchased last year has been replaced by Banner Red, which may or may not match the original color, I was excited to see that advertised statement on the can that it won't drip or run.
First problem - the can top is impossible to open for folks with a manual dexterity issue, in my case arthritis in my thumbs. Is there a tool that assists in opening these cans??? I have MANY cans of spray paint and its always a hassle to get them open.
Second, I have a large box I use to spray paint small items and I used the same paint technique yesterday (with the original Apple Red) to paint the same type of hanging basket. Some running, but not terribly extreme. Today - running and drips all over! Is the formula actually different (Improved?!?) or is this just repackaging.
Sigh....

Snapper Lawn Mower Cherry Red Gloss
There was ample concern about using this product, based on the reviews on this web site. The site shows five star and one star ratings, with more being one star.
My rating is five star. I would recommend this product.
The Cherry Red color is correct for my Snapper 21" self-propelled walk behind lawn mower restoration.
The Krylon web site shows the Cover MAXX aerosol to be their best paint, with the best coverage and the best durability. The durability is very important for a lawn mower because of the horrible operating conditions.
My preparation was correct, with a clean, oil-free, bare metal sanded surface on steel.
The ambient temperature was in the specified 50°F to 90°F range, at 80°F.
The single-coat coverage was excellent. It would be sufficient for a quick paint job. For my project I followed the instructions and applied multiple thin coats, waiting 1 minute between coats.
My experience is that even though this is specified as a Gloss finish, the actual finish is more of a Satin finish. The Rustoleum Professional aerosol I use for other projects has a much higher gloss.

Whats the problem?
I've used Krylon products for all sorts of projects and I'd put them over any other rattle-can available from local retailers.
Most recently, I used Maxx in Satin Italian Olive (OD Green) on my project car's trunk lid. The spray pattern was very good. It coated evenly and dried extremely fast. I was able to layer many coats at a time without runs.
Also, I've never had trouble with clogs or drips like I do with Krylon's biggest competitor (you know who I mean).
Obviously, a spray can is never going to be a replacement for a professional paint job, especially if you're looking for some kind of high-gloss, but for home DIY, I've not experienced anything better.
