Rated 4 out of 5 by from works but has its issues we have had out corral shelter and the sides for about 3 months. Second day it was up the two yearling cows we have chewed on the flap pieces on the top canopy where the ratched straps are. Now the rips are really starting to get bigger. we have used duck tape to try to stop them and that has helped on a few, but we have one really big one and with the cold temps we have now the tape isn't sticking when we put it on. we are looking into seeing if we have anything that will patch this up. I do suggest using the corral gates and not just a common cheap gate or you will have about a foot of the sides that will flap in the wind, we ended up fastening them up to the sides of the gate. all in all its breaks the wind and the rain and provides good shade for the cows, I don't think my goats will leave it alone so they will have to go out to another pasture in the spring.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to assemble. Has withstood some heavy winds. When it arrived the box was severely damaged with missing parts. Shelter Logic gave me excellent Customer Service and immediately took care of the problem. It was easy to assemble. We have had the shelter up for over three months now and it has survived some heavy winds.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent basic shelter We finally brought our horses home in August of 2019! The move was expensive, so we didn't have a ton of money to spend on a shelter. We were sent this shelter as a gift from my father in July or August 2019. It is now almost February 2020. We were able to use 12' panels that we already had, so this shelter was basically free for us! I was able to assemble the roof myself on the ground (in 1 hot afternoon with many breaks), but I did need my boyfriend's help to mount the roof on top of the panels. This probably took us 1 hour. The only trouble that we had in set up was either user error or it had to do with the tarp. Nothing major, we just had a little trouble securing the tarp so that it was smooth and stretched out as it should be. It would have probably gone faster/more easily with more people. This is a great basic shelter. It provides shade for my horses in the summer. It is best for one horse, but I have caught my two guys sharing it from time to time. My guys stay in stalls at night or in bad weather, so I am not sure of how it does with precipitation. I think it seems less muddy under the shelter compared to the high traffic areas of the pasture. My only complaint is that it does sway a lot in the wind. We added a few t-posts for stability. To be fair, we live in a very flat, windy area. Our shelter is not surrounded by any wind break. We usually take the tarp off if wind is 35 mph or more. Easy to take off and easy to put back on. Over all, it is a nice, basic shelter. It works, it was easy to assemble, and the price was reasonable. Will probably be trying out the enclosure kit next!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Happy I bought this 2 years ago. It was easy to assemble but we needed a couple people in order to do so. The "boots" to protect the ends were a joke and lost immediately. This is it's second winter and it collapsed in our first snow storm. I get it..."NOT LIVE RATED" "WE RECOMMEND IT BE TAKEN DOWN FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER." Unless you have a crew and time to devote to putting it up and taking it down it is too ridiculous to take down all the time. If you get snow don't buy this. Not worth the trouble and I can't be more disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap and missing parts We bought this from Family Center in Harrisonville, MO. The cover doesn't reach across the entire frame, there were parts missing and the directions were not easy to understand. I would not buy again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Destroyed in first month I bought this to provide a shelter for my daughter’s mare. The first month had a thunderstorm and ripped the cover. I did t feel like it was even a particularly bad storm. We put a shade tarp over the arch and it worked okay but I would not recommend for even the slightest wind.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it ! I've had my first on up for about a year now in the brutal conditions in south Texas, where the seasonal changes are extreme, the UV sun effects can be brutal, & the wind off the Gulf is often high - but this shelter has so far held up through it all... The canopy is 100% still intact, & it doesn't move in the wind. My only complaint is that the frame is started to show rust around the joints & welds after only about 6 months down here... I wish I would have sprayed them with something like flexseal before putting up on our fence/panel rails. But I still liked it enough to buy another. I may buy 2 more soon. Its a great way to provide an easily portable sun/rain shelter for your animals or equipment, without having to shell out a few grand for an all-steel permanent carport style building - that is not easily movable or portable. I particularly like the portability aspect of these units. It only takes 2 people to carry this thing around assembled, & my husband waa even able to put the second shelter we bought all up by himself! I also just wish you could either provide something like a double canopy that would fit over 2 frames put together, so I could park my truck &/or trailer under 2 without having to worry about a rain gap - or even better, some type of canopy accessory to join 2 seperate shelters without having a gap for rain to get through. steel
