Description
DRYLOK® Concrete and Masonry Liquid Etch & Cleaner GL is highly effective in etching masonry, stone, tile, and brick. It removes unsightly efflorescence (salt deposits) as well as excess mortar. Use DRYLOK® Concrete and Masonry Liquid Etch & Cleaner, as a safer alternative to muriatic acid, to treat smooth concrete and condition galvanized surfaces prior to painting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It worked! I applied the etching cleaner to my garage to prepare it for concrete floor paint. I scrubbed it in with a brush until it started bubbling white as directed. Allowed it to sit until the bubbles stopped and then rinsed it away with my hose(three times). A lot of the water ran into my grass and I was concerned it would kill the grass but It didn’t. The concrete floor paint has not peeled or chipped so I think it did a great job preparing the surface.
