Rated 5 out of 5 by from Accurate, Solid Build, Great Design I’ve owned this saw for more than two years now (my model is actually the 7499, essentially the same saw with a different power switch). It is a terrific saw. Easy to operate, easy to move, easy to clean, easy to store, and full of excellent safety and operating features. A large table with a ton of rip capacity. Perfectly flat table, perfectly aligned blade, slot, and fence. Great dust port. I would recommend investing in an after-market, high-quality miter gauge, and the best blades you can buy for your intended use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor cutting!! I bought this saw a couple mounths ago. set up was easy and the stand is good and stable. cuts small wood great but when you geting in to a 2 X4 or 2x8 trying to cut in half the saw just cant do iteven at a snail pase. the motor almost stalls or gets stuck on the riving knife. for the price i would expect more power and better useability.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Blade guard and riving assembly Easy set up for the exception of assembling the riving knife and the blade guard. Instructions are very poor for this. I tried YouTube for this as well, but to no avail. If someone out there knows a site for this, please advise? Thought I could find a separate model for the actual table saw without the stand, but could not

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An Engineering Marvel! Just bought the 7491RS this week and am very happy I made the decision to spend the extra money over the other popular brands. I read all the reviews and checked them all out at retailers over a period of months before pulling the trigger. I'm getting older and needed a portable saw to replace my old cast-iron stationary saw. It had served me for many years but was becoming more of a pain to carry outside for my projects. It came down to the Dewalt 749 or the Orange Brand. The Dewalt was obviously a nicer machine, and most online reviews agree. It's a saw that will certainly last the rest of my life The thoughtful design, the castings, the welds, fit & finish are all very good.. No burrs, weld splatter or casting flash. Quality control is evident. The adjustment wheels and locks are smooth as silk. It's no wonder it's so coveted. This saw is like having a Shelby parked in my garage! My buds are envious! Assembly was straightforward, although the instructions are poorly illustrated. However, all the hardware was clearly bagged and tagged, so it all came together in under an hour. Buy this saw, you will be proud to own it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Space Saver/Makes Good Cuts I have this saw over a year now and it has not let me down. I am very limited on space so I have to move it and set up to do my work, which is very easy to do. The fence is very accurate and accessory storage is designed well. My only advice is to get a new blade, use a bevel box digital angle indicator, and set up outfield support if needed. Love this tool. WEAR SAFETY GLASSES
