Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top four of my 'go to's Adds a rich taste to literally everything from ribs to burgers. Interestingly, this is my absolute favorite for chicken thighs. This blend is (thankfully) light on the salt so it's nearly impossible to apply too much. This was one of my top 3 blends until I got ahold of the Saskatchewan blend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Traeger Coffee Rub I don’t even drink coffee! This rub is subtle, smells like coffee but does not taste like what you would think! It really enhances the flavor of red meat! I use it in combination with Traeger Prime Rib Rub!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Coffee Rub and Sugar Lips Glaze Brisket Best Brisket I ever cooked. My 5.5 lb Whole Brisket was Injected with Cajun Butter Rubbed with Traeger Coffee Rub and Sugar Lips Glaze. I covered the Brisket with Chopped Garlic and Sliced Onions. In a throwaway tin with two layers of tinfoil now bathed in Apple Juice I smoked it open for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Then I covered it tightly with double tin foil and smoked it for 3 hours at 250. I let it rest encased in towels for two hours and Bingo I give the credit to the Rub and the Glaze Best Ever! I'll kudo the Traeger Pecan wood I used the whole way!
