Not reliable
Planted this seed in September in Atlanta and went to great length to assure success, and in fact got great germination. It looked like I might have grass in deep shade finally. However, as time passed it got thinner and thinner. After two months only have about 40% coverage remaining and doesn’t seem to be growing. Would like to know what seed varieties are in the mix as there is no listing on the package.

Thick, Green Grass!
I've used this product for years.. it never disappoints.
The grass comes in like a carpet and looks great.
You gotta keep the ground moist though!
