Rated 4 out of 5 by from Another use for this tape I use this tape as heel grips for my shoes. Keeps my shoes from slipping off my heels. It wish it had a stronger adhesive though, because it wrinkles and I have to replace it quite often, but overall, great alternative to those heel pads which are uncomfortable and don't work anyway.
