Auger Quality Not
Earth anchor price was right, but the quality was poor. The spiral must be smooth and even to dig into clay soil without disturbing it, This auger was quite rippled, I had to spend time reworking it in the vice and on an anvil to beat it into shape before I could screw it in.

OK, but soft.
The price for these was very good. No shipping charge and easy local pickup. They may work fine in other soils but with tree roots and dense soil they did not bite and bent easily.
