Very Strong Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had 2 bathroom vanities that I turned into a workbench. Used the LIQUID NAILS HEAVY DUTY CONSTRUCTION adhesive to reinforce the inside of top area of vanity and also to sandwich 2X4's on bottom to get correct height. Used 2X2's and 2X4's on top to reinforce complete workbench and also make strong enough for my vise. The LIQUID NAILS is extremely strong.

Good Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good product. I had to put some window seals in and decided to use this as a sealer as well as a "liquid Nail". It worked very good in both situations. I got a little on a 2x4 and it stuck to my work bench. By the time I caught it, it had dried and literally took a chuch out of my work bench trying to get the 2x4 off. Thanks for another good product.

Glue failure
Used Liquid Nails Heavy duty for sistering 2x8 floor joist to old , sagging 2x6's. Was concerned about temperature, read can be applied when temps are as low as 20 deg F.
Applied when outdoor temp was 25-30 deg and after a heater had been going in the home for 1 hour. The next day, when inspecting my work, I checked some of the glue that had squeezed out, to find it was dry and crumbly. I removed the Timberlock screws used to inspect adhesion, the joist separated when pulling apart lightly with a bar.

Needs better label
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I was buying the original I needed the grab. This does not grab at all.

Useless Compared to the Non VOC
This stuff is so weak. I have used the original for years, and that stuff was bomb proof. This non-voc type ends up feeling like those weak latex painter’s caulks. Should have a different name if it’s not comparable, otherwise your using the name of a trusted superior product to sell a very less capable one. So disappointed.

Misleading "Heavy Duty" from
Half the strength of the Heavy Duty 901 nonVOC
I trusted the VOC compliant "Heavy Duty" 903 product to be a comparable replacement for your "Heavy Duty" 901 (non VOC compliant) product. I checked the technical data sheet after I applied the 903 product to find out the shear strength after 24 hours, 48 hours and 7 days. I was very disappointed to see that the 903 has only 150 psi strength after 24 hours, 180 psi after 48 hours and only reaches 240 psi after 7 days. The previous "Heavy Duty" 901 product had nearly twice the strength at 225, 300 & 425 psi after 24 hrs, 48 hrs and 7 days.
If I had known that your 903 was this much weaker than your 901, I clearly would have purchased your "Extreme Heavy Duty" 907 product. My only option now is to add extra mechanical nails and wait the full 7 day cure time before I remove the bracing and hope the the 240 psi maximum for your 903 product will not fail!!!
