Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disapointed! I wrote a lengthy review. But it vanished when I hit the one star button. No surprise. If it shows up let it be a warning. I have been trying to deal with Ariens for some time now. I wanted them to survive as an American company but no more. Best wishes. I have found a better company. No amount of communication has altered their opinion of themselves. Good luck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Snowblower Wow what a machine compared to the toro I had for years , that like a lot of the Taro machines you pay a little less but you get what you pay for . What a night and day difference . I’m very impressed with this American-made machine

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great machine I have a 2stage ariens that is 21 years old and still working like it is brand new. I wonted a smaller unit for lighter snow falls, the obvious chose was another Arians. I bought a single stage Path hPro 21". It is great , starts first pull (even though it has an electric starter), Clears snow really quickly. I would expect nothing less, Is" an Ariens.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Shredded belt. Snowblower runs strong and throws the snow well. But on the third use, the auger belt shredded. Easy fix, but pretty sure the belt should last longer than that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spectacular Where do you put the snow when 22" has fallen and drifts measured 36" on an 85' long driveway??? I let the Path-Pro throw it 15' to 20' across my property. I had just installed the remote chute rotation kit (this is a must!!!) one day before the snow arrived. Once I had the initial path, I did runs 1/4 to 1/2 of the blower opening. No problem for the Path-Pro. I didn't even have to use the electric start feature... started with one pull of the recoil starter cord. I then used it when our next storm dumped 6" of wet, heavy snow. Once again handled it, threw it and never clogged. Only complaint: my wife and I battle over who will operate the Path-Pro. Best investment I've made for snow removal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from like it This is only my 2nd snowblower so I don't have a lot to compare it to. My first machine was an electric Sno Joe. Do not buy that miserable unit which couldn't blow the dandruff off my shoulders. The Path Pro has changed my whole attitude toward Nebraska snowfalls. Now I can suit up, fire up and go. My neighbors are astonished to see me blasting the sidewalk far up and down the block. This thing gives me the chance to serve my neighbors which is a wonderful thing in this time of people hating each other for their political views.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from x Works great in one foot or less of snow. If you regularly get two foot dumps buy a larger model.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Assembly It was easy to put together . The only difficult part was putting the shute on with trying to line up the ring, shute & holes to put the screws in. It runs great but am disappointed that it doesn't clean to the pavement & shoots snow back out at the bottom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality that is better than expected. Controls are well laid out and easy to use. Has very good power especially compared to my old machine.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as good as older models I purchased this model to replace my 10 yr old snow blower that still worked great. I just wanted a shiny new model Boy am I sorry this model shakes and vibrates the housing like crazy. I know the housing will eventually crack. Its a pain to start compared to my old one. Its harder to fill with gas because of the tank under the service door and small filler opening in tank, it dont even clean the snow as good as my old one . The sorry thing is every brand is built cheaper nowadays. Keep your old stuff running as long as you can.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressed!! Heard many stories about single stage snowblowers, most of them bad. But, in my opinion, they are very wrong. Whether your blowing 1" or 6" of snow, this machine is awesome. Mind you can't blow the really wet stuff the city plows into your driveway right after your done that is 12" deep, but it will handle smaller wet snow. It won't blow it 20' like it does with just your average snow, but it sure doesn't beat shoveling or breaking out the 2-stage machine that feels like overkill on a small snow fall.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works fairly well Starts up easily. Controls are easy to use. Has plenty of power. My only complaint is that there is a small amount of blow back (snow that blows under the guide strip).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Kind of disappointed There hasn't been much snow in the Chicago area this season so I couldn't respond sooner. That being said I have to admit that I'm disappointed with this product. It starts on the first pull and has a lot of power, which will come handy, My main complaint is that the discharge chute has clogged up every time I've used this product. I initially thought it may be because the snow was wet and heavy but this morning the snow was light and fluffy and the same thing happened, I had to stick my hand into the chute to push the snow out in order to continue. Definitely not what I was expecting to do with a new snowblower. I owned a Toro snowblower for over 20 yrs. During that time I have never had a problem with the discharge chute clogging up. You would expect that Ariens would have solved this problem years ago.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Drove through a snow storm to pick up. Driveway is now clear Unboxed quickly. Three (3) Screws to attach the shoot. Two (2) connectors for the Tiller. One (1) bottle of oil (included). Poured in gas. Hit the primer a couple of times. Plugged in the Power Cord for the electric start. Pushed the start button and I was clearing snow. YEAH... Compact, Powerful, Simple.... Great Value

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Impressed So Far This is my first Arien product and I have to say that, so far, it has operated perfectly. The control layout is very function and starts with a single pull. It has an electric start but I've not tried it yet. I would recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It Works Put down early October in Henderson, NV on top of 2" Turf Builder lawn soil Scotts starter fertilizer at 3 weeks Average temp during germination 75/55 May have applied this thicker than necessary but seedlings appeared after 9 days.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Total waste of time and money! I had miserable results using this product in southern NH! I roughed up the soil and applied the patch material and watered daily via my irrigation system. All I have to show for it is patches of wet newspaper...the by-product of the patch mix. The seeds never grew at all. Considering I spent the better part of a day on my hands and knees applying this, I was very disappointed in the results. The patch was very expensive...even at the big box stores and definitely not worth the effort. I would recommend just scattering seed since I had better results doing that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I wished I had read all these reviews. Not one blade of grass has grown. If I had read all these reviews I would not have bought this product. Scotts fertilizer is one of the best, their grass seed is a waste of money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money on this product. I have to believe the five star ratings on this website are fake. I put in multiple lawns before with success and this is my first time using patchmaster I followed the instructions to a tee and nothing's come up even after three weeks. At first I thought some of the other one and two star reviews on this site were just because people were following instructions or not keeping the soil moist etc. I should have listened to them. Big waste of money. Also after hitting reviews on other websites such as Amazon there's lots of bad reviews there too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from another great product from scotts [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this to address some bare spots in my lawn. very easy to spread and the color indicator in the miture is easy to determine watering times. temps are just beginning to maintain 50's here in northeast so seed should begin sprouting soon. I am confident it will fill in as all my other scotts seed products worked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great power I was worried this wouldn't work as well as our old power house of a snowblower, boy was I wrong! This snowblower starts right up with the electric start, shoots the snow very far, and clears the drive/sidewalk/near mailbox with ease. Ariens is the best snowblowers out there. I posted a picture on instagram of my husband using it and the Ariens company "liked" my photo, I didn't even mention their name, I just used #snowblower haha. Pretty cool. I would highly recommend this product and wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from this company.
