I have an inground pool and it does great since I started using this product. I manage to fine 50 pounds last year, but can not find one this year so far.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Cheryl from Blue granules do not dissolve! I purchased the 50 lb. tub at the start of the summer (very expensive). I was apprehensive because it was different from the hth product that I have always used. Do not like the new formula as the blue granules do not dissolve at the bottom of the pool. When trying to vacuum, filter becomes clogged and therefore doesn't work properly. Have always used hth products and never had a problem until this year when the blue pigment was added to the formula. In my chat with an hth representative, I was told that this formula is supposed to be more effective, but I'm disappointed with the performance of the product and am considering trying another brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by RichT from Blue crystals will not dissolve! TERRIBLE! Bought this last year and think it is terrible! Whatever the blue granular is, it will not dissolve. I have a DE filter and since it won’t dissolve, the filter collects it and makes the filter pressure go to high which makes it for inefficient filtering. Wasted my money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Christina from Wonderful stuff We have a built in pool and let me tell you we have issues finding the right chemical to use every year for the past 4 yrs well this year I found this and this was the year we had the best year I used this and ONLY this no shock no clarifies nothing this chemical right here is the best I've ever encountered and I hope it comes back next year. I used my filter less my pool remained CRYSTAL CLEAR ALL SUMMER and we had a HOT summer and yes my pool is in the sun probably most of the day so algae always problematic but not with this and I use less of this chemical than any other chemical I've ever used. This chemical is a great value and I will be buying this every year all the time. Also when we notice the pool starting to get alittle cloudy and dirty and start to get some algae going we would throw the chemical in and the VERY NEXT DAY it would pull ALL OF IT to the bottom of the pool and make the pool BEAUTIFUL AND CRYSTAL CLEAR and easy to vacuum right out. I have a picture to attach to show this. This is one seriously amazingly awesome chemical for ALL TYPES OF POOLS!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Katey33 from Super easy and no shipping charges! I purchase HtH pool chemicals and the availability is limited in stores in the area. To get it shipped doubles the cost. Other chlorine brands are not as effective. To pick it up in the store is a win-win.
