Best Steamer Ever
I bought this to remove some wallpaper that was 43 years old and was put up directly over unpainted wall and joint compound. The steamer made an impossible job, possible. The steam did soften the joint compound and I did make some pretty deep gouges in it, but I was expecting worse. I reapplied the joint compound, primed and painted the walls and they turned out great. The small, round tip was perfect for getting into tight places where the steamer box would not fit. It is amazing how much steam this thing puts out.

It works
Used the steam to clean up my beds and mattresses. It does take a little bit getting used to. As this was our first steamer. Overall, the experience was good.

STOP doing any research. BUY THIS!
I rarely, if ever, write online reviews. But I felt compelled to write one here. My wife and I were getting sick and tired of looking at the dirty and smelly grout in our kitchen and hallway. We have a new puppy that has had some unfortunate "oops" moments. All the Windex and cleaning agents in the world just wouldn't get the urine smell out. I scoured the internet for a good day before I chose a steamer that could clean our grout as well as our other floors and surfaces. We bought this Wagner and I must say, it absolutely exceeded our expectations. I mean, we never thought a product could perform so incredibly well. Our grout litterally changed from a dank dark stinky color to it original light grey color. It looks BRAND NEW. Further more, no more smell. I would have paid double if we knew we were going to get such results. Thank you Wagner for putting out such a fantastic product!

Excellent steam cleaner
I bought this a couple of weeks ago to steam clean my ceilings ,walls and floors and inside cupboards and all my mattresses. Which I steam clean my house spring and fall.The Wagner steam cleaner absolutely cleaned everything just spotless . Took grease,fingerprints of my walls and stove with no problems left my oven shiny and spotless. The floors looks amazing took all the built up cleaner off. Next my windows inside and out is streak free one time over with the steam cleaner. Do I like this steam cleaner no I love it . I am so happy I bought this steam cleaner instead of others I was looking at . And the 8 foot hose is absolutely the selling point. Besides if something breaks or need replaced you can order parts for it. Would I buy this again absolutely yes . Definitely husband approved he degreased some engine parts for antique tractor with it and it worked great and I even steam everything in our travel trailer getting ready for winter.

Extended Life!
I am the owner operator of 24EVCS.com. Having been in the HVAC Industry for over 2 decades, cleaning evaporator coils was difficult and time consuming. The steamer has made a huge impact on how we do things. This has made our jobs faster, cleaner, safer but most importantly, 0 chemicals are used now!

Good for wallpaper removal
This was great for wallpaper removal. I’m not so impressed with it for cleaning. All the different attachments are great, but it seems to sanitize more than deep clean. I had to really work on mildew on bathroom tile grout. The storage bin is really hard to open and only holds a couple of things. What I would really like to see is a gauge for how much water is in it. You pretty much have to guess or pour it out and start over.
