Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for big yards! Solidly built and drives very well. Very good fuel efficiency, which is welcome due to its smallish fuel tank. The blade activation is nice and smooth and easy to engage. The turn radius is nice for a tractor style but not quite as tight as my old mower. I actually still use my old one ( MTD hydrostatic type) for the more "technical" parts of my yard ( lots of trees and flower beds) as it is much more nimble and intuitive to use than this one. My biggest complaint is the forward / reverse system which requires you to shift from forward to reverse with your left hand, which is not very smooth or easy and is time consuming. My old one has it all integrated into the right foot pedal which allowed for super fast mowing around obstacles. This mower is great for big open areas. Mows a wide swath on every pass and gets the job done quickly. Plus it was great to get it right from my local hardware store who even assembled and delivered it right to my door for free!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Happy I am not very happy with my Troy-Bilt lawn mower model number 13AK78BS011. It has been in the shop 3 times for the same issue. I don't think I have 3 hours of runtime on this mower. I will cut the grass until the grass bags fill up. Stop the mower to empty the bags and try to start the mower again. Smoke comes out of the exhaust system then gas will start leaking out of the carburetor. Turned the key off and gas still came out of the carburetor. The mower doesn't come with any valve to shut off the gas. First time in the shop they told me there was dirt in the carburetor. They cleaned the fuel system. I had them put a fuel filter and a shutoff valve in the fuel line. A month later I got my lawn mower back. I start to cut grass and the same thing happened again. Back to the shop and 3 weeks later I was told it had dirt in the carburetor again. I put the lawn mower up for the winter. I went to cut grass again and once the grass bags were full, I shut off the mower and emptied the bags and tried to start the mower again, the same thing happened again, the mower would not start and then gas started to pour out of the carburetor again. Sent mower back to the shop and they told me that there was dirt in the carburetor again. I used the same gas can to fill my 10 year old push mower that doesn't have a gas filter, that has never had any issue with dirt into the carburetor. I looked into the gas can and cannot see any trash in the can. I also looked into the gas tank on the riding lawn mower and do not see any trash. Somehow the fuel system is getting trash into the carburetor. I am at wits end with this mower. Maybe you can offer some insight to the possible fix to this issue. This mower is still under warranty. Rated 5 out of 5 by from I loove my Bronc The easy shifter and the raise and lowering control is just right. I ve had my bronco now for three years, and still has a strong engine, good steering and I absolutely love the key starter, and since I cant use a walk behind any longer Im the king of lawn cutter. If you want to keep a few acres with a snap, A Bronco is your machine. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great color, starts great I purchase this 1 1/2 year appx the deck will not shut off because dirt and grass build up around blade activator on deck I turn off blade and they don't shut off. So if you run over something you didn't want cut it blades still turning. Also steering at this time only turns right don't know why cannot use this way haven't had time to figure out the problem using old mower. That's all my problems for the moment. Haven't used last 3 months. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
