The MasterCool MPC44 evaporative cooler with its versatile design is engineered for high performance, optimal output, and excellent efficiency for cooling spaces up to 1,600 square feet. The narrow profile of this cooler will be a welcomed compliment to your home's exterior appearance. The body of the unit is made of lightweight, UV resistant polypropylene which ensures it is weather resistant and lightweight. Installation is a snap! A touch control panel with a convenient remote means it's simple to operate. The 2 inch cellulose pad provides superior performance and maximum cooling efficiency. Our pads have been certified to UL GREENGUARD standards based on comprehensive emission criteria from the EPA, the State of California and reputable public health expert agencies.

Returning the product from
Noisy ! Doesn't look good.
This unit is very noisy, doesn't fit snugly in slide siding windows. The pad is rigid plastic material that doesn't absorb water like the traditional finer pads so the cooling isn't as good. I live in a very cold area that receives snow there is no way to really winterize the unit except for a plastic winter cover, doubt it will keep out -10 degree weather. Unit was installed yesterday, we are uninstalling it and returning it.
