Sturdy and easy to use
I purchased this on Feb 27 2024. Waited a couple of weeks to put it together. Instruction was easy to follow and my spreader was ready for use. Have not used it as of yet because the weather has not been favorable.

questionable
just assembled. Missing parts - expected. Quick Start Guide fairly simple to follow EXCEPT - Written instructions speak of 1/4", 2 1/2" etc. Pictures on quick start guide reference in METRIC measurements. Again, not totally unexpected in today's world. I just think about the people involved sitting around on a weekend proud of this type of work.

Not American Quality
I shouldn't be disappointed because other reviewers had the same issues. Three bolts were missing and two holes were not punch clear through. I used my own hardware and drilled out the holes but my confidence in the spreader is now pretty low. Overall I am not sure about the quality and durability. We'll see how it does.

I have tried to use this three times.
I have tried to use this three times since I bought it a month ago. 1, assembled and pulled it 20 feet and the pin attaching axle to the wheel to turn the spindle broke because the sprocket was warped. 2) replacement part arrived, was a used part that was also the in correct part. 3) second replacement part arrived and was correct. Took unit apart and installed new part. Before moving the same pin was not long enough and broke before moving. Found something that worked but only lasted 10 bags of lime and broke again. Now can not even get the wheel off or anything thru the wheel hub and axle to make the spindle work. SO FAR THIS IS A piece of CRAP. Customer Service has been easy to work with but the product has been to whole issue. There has to be a better way to make the sprocket spoon then a small pin.

Better than the smaller unit
The spreader works well. Deducted one star for the crappy instructions for assembly. It is not as clear as it could be for keeping the pieces in the right direction when assembling the lower unit together.

Love this spreader
This is a great pull behind spreader. Much easier to handle than other models. I can put 2 full bags of fertilizer in the hopper and cover my whole back yard with just one two bag refill for my front and side yard. So much easier than my old one that I pushed and was constantly refilling. My old pull behind was hard to handle. I had to stop all the time to refill and I couldn't reach the control to turn off and on.

Not bad still on the fence
Not bad still on the fence. My only concern is that plastic piece that the shaft sits in. Not sure how long that would last. Looks like the only weak place on the spreader. A metal piece would take all the concern out of me. Other than that looks like it’s make decent.
