It’s bound wrong and not able to read the pages
I was stoked when this was released. Purchased it that week and was very dissatisfied with the quality of the binding of this book.
You are not able to read the index or the recipes close to the binding.
There are many great resources in this book but I get so frustrated trying to read it I want to donate it. It’s no good for me.
The spine of the book and the pages are cut off or glued so close you can not enjoy any section of this cookbook by Weber.

I received. The book a out a month ago. I tried one of the recipes on a 4th of July party . Along with ribs,chicken I tried the shrimp in the book it was a big hit. I have all the Weber cook books but this has some creative ideas. Good job Weber keep it up.
