[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Essentials 15-piece knife set with block as a gift to my girlfriend (a little self-servingly because I get to use it too) and it's been a hit. Having a dinner set bundled with shears and more knife types than I know what to do with is awesome. I thought it would be a great first knife set, but it looks like a great knife set period. #sweepstakes
