Very nice people at the local True Value hardware store. I ordered this evaporative cooler online and picked it up at the store but had to return it immediately after we got it set up and working. A few connections hadn't been made on the inside, and when we started it working though the water drained fine through one side of the filters but poured out of the other side and onto the floor. Also very noisy. Not a good buy and very tedious experience with it.
