Horrible
The flow rate is so bad that you can't rinse soap off yourself or shampoo out of your hair without a long extended stay in the shower. Also, the spray settings as described on the package are not accurate. No pulsating on the massage setting. The full coverage, wide coverage and downpour settings are not different than each other. Very deceiving description of this product.

Too little water pressure to rinse hair. It takes longer to shower because it takes longer to rinse and get water. I think I will just paint my old shower head and put it back on.

Great shower head
This shower head met all my expectations. The water flow is even and strong. The 5 way adjust-ability makes it a good choice. It was easy to install as per directions. Would get this product again.

Low Pressure
Just put the new shower head on. I don't know if there is some flow regulator inside the head, but the water pressure is too low. The center, focused spray is okay by itself, but when you add the outer ring of water, it just drizzles. If you go with just the outer ring of water spray, it makes an okay pattern, but is weak too. Overall, not what I was hoping for.

Moen is the best
The Banbury showerhead is replacing an older Moen product. The replacement is just for a change not a failure. Less than 30 sec to install and no issues.
Moen is used in our kitchen and bathrooms.

Fantastic Showerhead!
I purchased this showerhead about six months ago to put in my Master Bath shower. I loved the clean design, the brushed nickel finish but MOST of the the spot-free feature. I loved it so much, I went back and purchased two more for the rest of the house.
It's quiet, easy to install and clean. The shower spray is wide enough for both my husband and I.
I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone searching for a quality, reasonably priced showerhead.

Worse product ever
We just installed this shower head the only thing that could have made my shower worse was to have no hot water. There was no water pressure coming out! Used more water trying to rinse off took forever to get the soap out of my hair! We are removing it and putting back our waterpic shower head!
