Broken in less than a year.
This snapped by the hose just as others have. It is still under warranty but I hate to get another that’s probably going to do the same.

Brush Nickel nice look, good weight/feel
Fits/stays in holder at full pressure. No leaks with medium hand tighten.
Good range of settings, from soft rain to adequate massage-effect at full (8) pressure setting. Color/finish blends well with BN tub and shower hardware and fine with brushed stainless steel grab bars.

Moen 200h0 shower head
Although I just installed this shower head and used only once, it is a great improvement over the precious one. It's very handy and flexible. Water pressure is excellent. I would definitely recommend it. In general, I use Moen products for both bathroom and kitchen needs. They last forever, and the company stands behind its name.

Good not great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shower head is ready to install, has nice features, looks nice but you get what you pay for. There is a lot of plastic used to make this shower head. Much of that is in stress areas that can cause water damage if it lets loose with no one around.

plastic is always a problem
I love Moen. Have for years. But I recently liquidated my house and moved into an apartment where all I could really do was upgrade the shower head in the bathroom. But the plastic connector to the shower neck cracked. I get that plastic parts are useful, but why anyone thinks -that- part can be plastic without expecting cracks and leaks is beyond me. Very disappointed. If I were outfitting a house, I would definitely think about higher end Moen again. But this lower end product line really bums me out. I would have gladly paid an extra 5 bucks, or whatever, for that one crucial piece to not be so fragile.

You don't always get what you pay for
I bought this to replace a similar-looking shower head I had from a no-name brand. I have a kitchen sink from Moen and not only is it beautiful and long-lasting, Moen's warranty has been worth the price.
Both this shower head and the previous one have "hand-tighten" connections for the bracket to the arm/pipe. I don't recall the previous one leaking, from that connection ,but when I removed it I found two washers stuffed into the pipe, apparently to prevent a leak. I removed them.
Upon inspecting this new arrival, I noticed that the washer was not situated properly in the bracket; it was stuck at an angle. I tried to push it all the way down, to no avail. I used a couple of tools to try and push it all the way down, to no avail. I shrugged, hand-tightened it to the arm, and voila, it leaks.
An aside about hand-tightening: I'm OK with it in principle, but when adjusting the positioning side of the bracket also turns the arm side of the bracket, I have to wonder what kind of poorly-thought-out engineering they have. Every other connection of this sort has exactly the same problem; the supplied washer never gets the job done, and Moen is no exception.
I disconnected the bracket, added one of the washers I'd removed from the pipe, and voila, no more leak.
So, OK, it works, but I had to add a washer, just like I did with the previous, no-name-brand washer. Why then did I pay more than twice as much for a Moen, which for all intents and purposes was designed just as badly?
I conclue by noting that a different shower head of mine, also no-name-brand, has a different mechanism to connect the bracket to the pipe, some sort of ball-and-socket mechanism. Never had a problem with it once.

Pressure is amazing !!

Good Product
We needed to replace an old Waterpik shower head and decided to try this one because we liked the design and it came in brushed nickel to match the rest of our bathroom. It was easy to install but the mounting connection is made of plastic, which is a concern. It leaked a little on the first installation so I tried to tighten it (only by hand, no wrenches) but each attempt only made it leak worse. Finally I took it completely off and then tightened it more gently and now it is fine. The head itself is nice and solid and we're happy with it.
The hose is also very flexible and much better than the Waterpik hose was. My only worry is that the plastic bracket and connection pieces seem kind of flimsy. We're trying to be gentle when unhooking and rehooking the hand-held head so hopefully they'll last okay.

Perfect pressure

A great showerhead
We have been using this product for about three weeks now and it is excellent! We replaced a Moen showerhead that we have used for 16 years. We live out of town, so we have a well and water pressure can be an issue. With this showerhead it is not a problem at all! Great pressure on all of the settings! Plus it looks great! We liked it so much that we purchased a second one for the other shower even though it didn't need it.

Amazing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me just start off by saying this showerhead is amazing. There are 8 different water settings and they all feel great after a long day. The massage setting is my favorite. I also have more water pressure with this showerhead than my previous one. The brushed nickel is beautiful and it truly is spot resistant. I've been using is for a while and it still looks as good as it did when it came out of the package. It is super easy to put together. I had it up within a few minutes without any leaks. The hose that came with it is super long so it gives you the extra reach if needed so you're not pulling on it. My biggest complaint is that it is heavy. It is much heavier than any previous handheld I've used. I don't have the best strength in my hands so I do struggle holding it at times. Other than the weight of it I am truly satisfied with this handheld showerhead. It does a wonderful job and looks great while doing it. Highly recommend!

Smaller than I thought it would be

Nice showerhead
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This type of showerhead comes in SUPER handy when you have three young children and a puppy that you sometimes put in the shower. With a regular showerhead, there isn't enough water pressure at their height, making shampoo/soap harder to rinse off. This enables me to rinse them off easier. There are eight spray patterns so you can choose the one that suits you best. The only thing that is disappointing is that there are lots of plastic components and I am not sure how long those will hold up.

Not as good as I expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Moen HydroEnergetix HH Shower to replace my older handheld shower fixture. I really love the look of this showerhead with the brushed finish. Installation is fairly easy, however, I had trouble with leaking at all the connection points. I've installed similar showerheads before & never had this problem. The instructions didn't say to use Teflon tape but I'm going to get some & see if using that helps the leaking/dripping issue. There are also frosted plastic covers on each end of the flexible hose. The instructions didn't say to take them off but when they were left on both of those connections leaked really bad. Once I took those off, while it still did leak, it wasn't as bad. The functions of the showerhead include several different settings, which I really like but the pressure with this showerhead is not strong at all. It says it has 40% more force but I'm not seeing/feeling it on most of these settings. The only settings that have any kind of real pressure are the ones where only about 4-6 of the jets are used. If you use the settings that offer the 40% more coverage, there is hardly any pressure. I also noticed that there is no rubber grip on the handle so when you want to use the showerhead in the handheld mode, with wet or soapy hands, it's slippery & hard to hold onto. While I love the look of this model, I definitely think there are things that could be improved.

Easy install

This has a few different water flow modes to choose from. So far I like the full spray one. I love this model cause I can take it off the handle and spray down my whole tub and walls. My water pressure seems to be a lot better.

Wow…amazing!

Living out farther away from the town, our water pressure is lacking big time. This Moen hand held is the best shower we have ever taken in the 31 years we have been here. Definitely more power and coverage

When I do my hair treatments I need a powerful stream to rinse it all out, 2 of the settings on this make easy work of washing it out. The diameter is a bit wider then my last one and has more spray holes to give better coverage. I love that it has 8 settings. The brushed finish is beautiful and it was so easy to install. Awesome addition to my bathroom!
