Nice and easy to install
Installation wasn’t that bad. Came with a guide for placing the holes. Had to tap, with some force, the drywall anchors with handle end of screwdriver to get them flush with the wall. They are definitely in there now. That rack isn’t going anywhere without demolishing the wall. Looks great too

Cute but can’t install
Bought this a few days ago and when I opened it there was no way to install it. It was just the paper holder. No mounting brackets or screws included. Checked the box three times and no hardware to be seen.

Good Item
I find the product itself works great, I however was not thrilled when I find that it had one screw missing after installing the wall mounts. I was able to fix this problem, but given how factory errors can happen I wanted this to be known. Other than that, so far it is doing the proper job I got it for and will continue to do so.

Doesn't include mounting brackets or template
We purchased this a little while ago and when i went to install it today realized that it did not include any mounting brackets or the template or the instructions for installing. A simple installation is now rendered impossible.

One of the Better Banbury Products
I bought this a couple of days ago. I had already gotten the Banbury brushed nickel tank lever and decided to match it with the toilet paper holder. This time it had great anchors, real different and seems durable. The pivot feature makes it real simple, but elegant. I would give it 5 stars but the fifth star depends on how long it lasts.
