Love the color!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I kept putting off staining our back deck but our front deck looks amazing and I did it last year! I wanted more of a uniform color and Cabots didn’t disappoint! It looks great and we’ve received a lot of compliments on it!

Acrylic oil stain.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the Cabot solid color acrylic oil stain on a dock which is two feet above the water level on a lake. I followed the wood preparation and application instructions. It looked good right after staining. Less than a year later it began to peel. My opinion is that this acrylic oil stain does not last in applications that are near or around water or any high humidity areas. To solve the problem I stripped the wood bare and restrained with Cabots soild color oil stain. In my particular application. The cabots solid color oil stain protects very well but needs to be reapplied approximately every two years. Cabots stains are very good products. However you have to use the right one for your application.
