Easy Install Working Well
I put this in 3 days ago and had no issues that weren't caused by anyone but me. I was adjusting the door travel worked but when I went to use it I got this error. After a lot of re-tries it dawned on me that a handle at the bottom of my door was tripping the safety sensors. I removed the handle and everything worked fine. I liked the Biltz install manual. The MyQ is great.

Only opens my door part way
I have an Ideal 8' tall garage door, The opener only opens it 7 feet 2 inches. Is there any way to get it to travel farther?

Do NOT buy this opener
Bought the first one of these 10 months ago. Worked for 3 months then randomly started opening. Took 6 months for the company to send a new one. Put it in. Exactly 1 day and it is doing the same thing. I have installed 300 openers so I know what I am doing. Chamberlain has a component problem they are not talking about. Never had a problem with their openers before. Zero customer service.

What’s going on?
As I was putting the opener together the carriage was backwards I’ve took off the carriage and tried turning it around three times thinking I put it together wrong, I thought I was going crazy but it only goes on one way, when I got it installed as the instructions said I had to connect the arm from the door on the back side of the carriage. I was in the process of programming the door up and down and the door wouldn’t move down, just for kicks I pushed the up bouton the door went down, the controls are backwards so when the opener thinks the door is open the door is actually closed. I’m very disappointed because I’ve always loved this brand and highly recommended it, overall it’s still a great product just needs a few tweaks.

Very cheaply made
Bought this to replace my 21 year old Chamberlain opener, which had been a great opener. I will be shocked if this opener lasts more than a couple of years. When I was programming the open and close function the plastic pulley exploded as the slide met the door carriage. I don't think there is any way to take this crappy thing apart or I would have returned it. After some thinking, I took the nylon pulley off my 21 year old opener and modified it and replaced the broken parts.
Opener is in and working, but I don't hold out much hope for long term.
I have installed 4 garage door openers over the last 30+ years, this is the first time I have had an issue.
This is the last Chamberlain I will be buying!!

Outstanding product all-around
I bought two model C2202 openers and the installation was a breeze. Instructions were very clear and this opener is a bargain at this price point. We are very happy with our purchase.
