Printed instructions should be a must. Needing an app that now has access to my phone to put this together is a security risk.

DIY Garage Door Opener replacement
Our garage door opener broke after 15 years. We found this smart belt driven opener. I was able to install in about 2 hours. The BILT software was extremely helpful. If you are slightly tool competent (like me) you can DO it too!!!

no instruction manual in the box
It very hard to figure out the assembly without the instructions i had booklet for setting wifi and the up and down force but nothing for how to wire the unit, how to install the belt and and the rail extensions

Very complicated setup.
The setup is very complicated. Not easy to add a user... after 2nd try I add my wife and still not able to add a daughter. Also, so far not able to open a door from the keypad and not able to link it to my car. Also, this door opener comes without the keypad, and this is another minus.
