Remote's Terrible
Remotes unable to open garage door if more than 25 feet from motor with door opened. You have to hold remote switch for several seconds in order to open. I had a Chamberlain that was almost Identical to the one I installed and had no problems with the remotes. I think the new receiver board does not have the power the old one had.

Loud and keeps failing reversal test
Was loud because it kept vibrating so much to the point I had to put cloth on the angled iron as a vibration isolator, it also keeps failing the safety reversal test no matter how much the rail was bowing. Part of that was because the opener keeps adding more force due to the gear hitting the chain spreader.

Terrible.
Motor blew after 2 weeks. Chamberlain's customer service response was to pull the opener down and exchange it at the store I bought it from after having it professionally installed. What a joke.

Not Smart
Not my exact model but used to like my opener until Myq is no longer supported on Google Assistant. Other companies have this figured out yet Chamberlain can't or won't for "security reasons". I possibly understand not being able to open your door but closing it should be available by voice. Don't understand why they can't make opening available with a security code. No longer recommend!!

Ripoff - voice command from Google not available
Don't buy if you own a motorcycle and need to use voice command from your headset. I hate tossing brand new stuff like this in the landfill
