Description
Flex Seal Liquid MAX is a thick liquid that dries to a flexible, watertight rubberized coating, now with 150% more coverage. Flex Seal Liquid MAX can be brushed, rolled, dipped or poured and creates a flexible rubber barrier that blocks out air, water and moisture. Non-toxic, non-flammable, no harmful vapors, UV, chemical and mildew resistant. Flex Seal Liquid seals and protects form the elements, and extreme temperatures.

Works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pretty skeptical about this at first. With all the hype and commercials I decided to give it a try. Listen I get it but this stuff is amazing. I use it for everything now! From cracks, nail holes in the wall, bathroom to seal the tub around the edges I mean everything! It holds like nothing else I've ever used, easy clean up, mess free, no smell I mean it just works! Don't take my word for it just try it you won't be disappointed!

No good
Did not seal not happy at all put on new cylinder blocks in box style pond. I rolled it a brush in the corners. Filled it 3 days later. Leaked down overnight. Bought 2nd gallon still leaks down. Never again...

Great product for RV roof's
I applied Flex Seal Liquid MAX to the roof of a 1999 RV. I was truly impressed at how well it covered the surface with very little prep. I trimmed the edges and roof features with a brush and used a roller to apply to the large flat areas. I highly recommend this product and plan to use it for more applications.

It poured out thick, like heavy paint, and rolled on smooth. It also went further than advertised. Looks great, and the leaks through the fabric roof stopped.
