Daily use
Good cheap knife! I think I've had it for over five years now And thinking about buying a second. Comfortable to use, it's my daily knife. It's big enough to cut most vegetable and meats but small enough to make more precision cuts. I see a lot of people saying it dulls quick, mine is still pretty sharp. But even then, I like to keep mine kind of dull anyways. I use it to recover bones and teeth from roadkill, for jewelry. So having a small, somewhat blunt knife is great for hacking at bones and prying teeth, without having to worry about it chipping or snapping. A great tool for someone who needs it for a low price point!!! Can not recommend enough!

GREAT KNIFE
I try very hard to get the sage green color. But with a bit of patience,I was rewarded !! Easy and safe to use with thick gloves or even mittens ( yes it is cold up here in winter!!) Blade lenght is just perfect for bushcraft and even survival.I don't need or want to use a big crocodile bundee size knife anyway! The only down side, its the sheath itself ! I had to cut the nylon sheath to get the plastic insert to fix it into a molle tactical sheath ( like the emerson molle knife sheath).

Blade broke
Nice looking, good size and weight, great price. Unfortunately, my son broke the blade whittling a stick about an inch from the handle. Hoping warranty will replace it.

Knife Review
I have had this knife for a year and a half. Its a great knife with perfect balance and an amazing grip. I dont know what these people are talking about but my knife has never once dulled because of being in its sheath. I skin with it and cut fish bone and no damage on the blade. I can shave my arm hair with it to this day. I keep it in its original sheath(I cut the top off for easy access) unless im doing something and I have only had to sharpen it a handful of times. Its literally my EDC and an amazing piece of equipment.

Does what it needs to do
Great knife for field dressing deer. Gets razor sharp and stays razor sharp the whole time I’m elbow deep in a chest cavity. Couldn’t imagine going out with a different blade. Just don’t put it back in the sheath until it’s clean.

Great design,poor steel
Absolutely LOVE the design and fit of this knife. But this knife is made of junk steel. Will NOT hold an edge . Seriously...you can tell at the blade and it will dull. Poor steel, poor annealing and heat treat. If it was made of 1095,5160 or even AUS8,it would be a best seller. Dont get me wrong,China is making great knives today, but Gerber is accepting poor quality and it shows. Love fixed blades and this design is simply the best...but the steel is substandard so knife is worthless.
