Love this trash can. I set it up with 2 bags. One for trash and one for recycling. It work perfect. No more recycling setting around waiting to go outside.

versatile and a great price
I loved this can becuase of our small kitchen and large family. For the price it does the trick! I rated three stars, however, because after one week the lid broke. But a quick email to the company resolved the issue! They sent me a new lid via FedEx within the week. Great customer service!!!!

Love this XL Trash Can!
I love how large this trash can is! I use it in my office because I am always throwing away papers and taking out trash! This helped solve my issue with trash overflow on the daily! If I had to pick one thing I didnt like I would say the lid...It is missing something maybe a foot lever to open it? But regardless I give it a 5 star!!!

This is dual function can is awesome!! I was using two cans for recycling, paper and glass. This takes up less space and is easy to empty. What a great idea! This is working perfectly in my home!!!

Love the dual function, but top needs improvement.
I love the dual function of this trash can. We normally use it as a dual trash/recycling bin, but enjoy the versatility of being able to make it a large trash can if hosting get togethers or gatherings (or if you have a large family).
The top could use some improvement. The entire top lifts off too easily, so that instead of just lifing the thin lid to throw out trash, the entire top piece gets lifted. I thought it was just me, but after hosting a gathering yesterday, I must have "fixed" the lid at least two dozen times. I ended up just removing the top piece until the party was over.

Great size and features
This is the trash can that I didn't know I needed. We are always trying to find a place to put our recycle cans and I love the dual (garbage/recycle bin) feature of this trash can. We now use one side of the can for trash and the other side for our recycle without having two separate cans. It's very easy to change the bags and the center bar helps to hold the bags in place so they don't slip down into the trash can. The lid has a nice 'lip' so it's easy to open the flap to discard trash.

Many uses!
This is a great trash can that holds so much more than expected! I'm currently using it as a way to collect my returnable bottles, and the dual function is so handy! One side is for plastic and aluminum while the other is for my glasses bottles. I love this item!

Great dual purpose can
Was looking for a trash can that could serve a dual function to hold our recyclables...this fit the bill perfectly. It's durable, and both sides are large enough that they only need to be emptied about once a week (I use this in my garage). Would definitely recommend!

Sturdy!
I have had the Hefty 20.4 gallon Hefty Dual Function XL Trash Can for about a month now and can say that I love how you can put trash as well as recyclables in the same can! It has a divider so that you can put 2 bags in the same can and therefore do not need 2 separate cans. This is great for a household that has a smaller kitchen and do not have the space for 2 cans. I think anyone can benefit from this can because you can either use it as simply one function or 2 and can change it at any time. Heck you could even use it to store and organize toys!
