Best coffee machine
We have lived our Keyring and when it had an issue customer service was great to help us out. We had to use our regular coffee maker till ours was being replaced and it was so hard to wait for our first cup, missed our Keurig. But we are back to a perfect quick cup.

No hassle replacement!!
Keurig replaced my 5 month old coffee maker without a problem. Once I sent in the correct information needed, the replacement arrived within a few days. The employee I spoke with was very efficient and helpful.

Perfect size with a filter system!
We love our Keurig which has the additional feature of a filter for the water and it pokes more holes, not just 1, in the K-Cup! Recently retired we still like to get up early in the morning and start our day and the coffee is delicious!

Not impressed.
I like strong and very hot coffee. I used Starbucks Verona in order to achieve that in my current Farberware k-cup brewer. I was hoping to save on coffee by getting a better brewer. That did not happen with the K-Cup Supreme. Even with the Verona pods, the coffee is weak and not hot enough. I had to microwave it. I am so disappointed! I will be returning it.
